Privacy Policy

Zatt Corporation ("ZattCo") respects the privacy of its customers and takes its obligations to protect the privacy of its customers seriously. This policy briefly describes the personally identifiable information that ZattCo collects from its customers and prospective customers and the steps that it takes to safeguard such information.

Collection / Use of Information

ZattCo shall collect and use customer identifiable information - such as name, e-mail address, and credit card information - for billing, provisioning of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers of new products or services that will better meet their needs. ZattCo may also share such information with business partners to ensure the successful provisioning and operation of its services and to facilitate the marketing of ZattCo products and services. However, ZattCo does not sell, trade, or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. In addition, any customer who wishes not to receive information about new or different ZattCo products or services may decline to receive such offers.  

ZattCo utilizes "cookies" in its information gathering process in order to improve the quality of the ZattCo website and as well as the quality of customer interaction with ZattCo throughout the ordering, provisioning, and billing process. Customers may choose to block the use of such "cookies," though that will make interaction with ZattCo less efficient and could limit the availability of certain website features.

Security

ZattCo has invested in and deployed a variety of technology and security features to protect the privacy of customer information on its network. In addition, ZattCo has implemented operational guidelines to safeguard customer privacy throughout the company. ZattCo will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as the emergence of new technologies warrant.

Communications

ZattCo will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using ZattCo services except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law.  

ZattCo may provide personally identifiable information in response to subpoenas and other legal demands, and where ZattCo believes that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against individuals who may be interfering with ZattCo property or services or our customers' use of them, or endangering public safety.

Account Information

ZattCo will do its best to honor requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with ZattCo is current and accurate.  Customers may access their account information through the log-in procedure on the ZattCo website or by contacting the customer support center.

Children's Privacy Policy

ZattCo does not sell products or services for purchase by children. ZattCo does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. In addition, ZattCo will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to ZattCo, please contact us at so that the information can be removed.

ZattCo Spam Policy

Use of ZattCo facilities for spamming purposes is strictly prohibited. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and can result in losing ZattCo privileges.
